About us
It all began with a simple market stall. Every weekend you’d find us at our regular spot at the Redcliffe Markets, serving our signature chocolate-dipped strawberries. One day, a local business owner approached us and asked if we would cater an event for the families of their clients.
We said yes, and it changed everything.
That event was filled with laughter, excitement and pure happiness. Seeing the joy on people’s faces struck a chord with us. We realised that what we were doing was more than serving treats… we were creating moments people remembered.
That’s the day the idea for our Choc Tap business was truly born.
Since then, we’ve grown from a humble market stall into a sweet addition to weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions, festivals and community events across Brisbane and beyond.
Even as we grow, our mission stays the same: to bring fun, flavour and unforgettable experiences to every event we attend.
